The Steering Committee is pleased to invite you to the 28th Annual QP Forum 2026, taking place on Tuesday 12 May.
About this Event

The steering committee is pleased to advise that the 28th Annual QP Forum will take place on Tuesday 12th May 2026.

The event will be hosted in the Edmund Burke Theatre, located in the Arts Building in Trinity College Dublin where we can welcome more than 300 in-person attendees.

The 2026 QP Forum meeting will continue its mission to inform and ‘future proof QPs’. The programme covers topics from the impact of AI on cGMP, trends in pharmaceutical supply chains, and day-to-day issues.

We are also pleased to advise that HPRA colleagues will contribute to several sessions during the day. There is an option to submit a question for the HPRA Q&A session when booking tickets.

In-Person attendees will be able to select their preferred discussion group when purchasing their ticket. Discussion groups cover a broad range of interest areas:

Parallel Discussion Groups led by industry experts:

1. Drug Substance and Product Biopharm

2. Combination Products

3. Non-Sterile Products

4. IMP Manufacturing

5. QP Decision Making (for “new” and trainee QPs)

The attendance fee will be €275 and a certificate of attendance can be provided upon request after the event.

For colleagues who are unable to attend in-person, online tickets (€25) will be available to purchase from the 20th of April. This will provide limited access to the Forum. The discussion groups will not be streamed.

Finally, thank you for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Trinity College Dublin campus in May.
