Theme - Seeds of HopeThe theme Seeds of Hope invites us to turn our attention to what is quietly growing within us, even when the outer world feels uncertain, heavy, or in transition. Hope does not always arrive as something loud or obvious. Often, it begins as a small, tender seed—fragile, easily overlooked, yet full of potential.
A seed carries possibility before there is proof. It asks for patience, care, and trust in unseen processes. Likewise, the hopes we hold may not yet have form or certainty—but they are alive.
Through reflection and sharing, we will gently explore:
Hope, not as forced positivity, but as something earned, nurtured, and deeply personal
What seeds of hope are already present in your life, even in small or unexpected ways
Hopes that may have been planted long ago and are now asking for attention
What conditions help your hope grow—rest, connection, boundaries, courage, tenderness
What you may need to protect, tend, or release in order for new growth to emerge
This theme also honours cycles and seasons. Some seeds rest beneath the soil for a long time before they break through. There is no rush and no comparison. Each person’s hope has its own timing.
Seeds of Hope is an invitation to listen inward, to trust what is quietly unfolding, and to leave the circle carrying something gentle yet powerful—an intention, an image, a word, or a feeling—to nurture beyond our time together.
You are welcome exactly as you are, whether hope feels abundant, fragile, or just beginning to stir.
What is Qoya Inspired Movement?
This practice blends movement, mindfulness, and music to create space for self-discovery and awareness. Rooted in the belief that through movement, we remember our essence as wise, wild, and free, Qoya encourages you to meet yourself just as you are and leave feeling a little bit more of who you are.
Each session is a unique journey, woven from various elements like yoga, dance, and feminine movement. By listening to the rhythms of your heart, you are guided to express yourself without judgment, allowing emotions to flow and insights to surface naturally.
Whilst each pillar offers a movement invitation for you to follow if you wish, be it circling, shaking or yoga, there is no need for perfection. The focus is on feeling rather than form, honouring yourself where you are in the moment and moving in ways that feel true and right for you.
As you allow your breath to meet your movements you tap into the profound wisdom your body holds, fostering a sense of trust and freedom.
Qoya Inspired Movement is not just a physical practice; it invites you to meet all parts of yourself - heart, mind, body and soul, as invited, welcomed and embraced.
I look forward to dancing with you!
We ask all participants to engage with respect, care, and confidentiality.
