This is an introductory workshop for people at any stage of life wanting to make some realistic and achievable goals/intentions to move forward in any area of their life, through the sharing of practical tasks and techniques to feel more confident and motivated in moving forward.
This is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and encouraging group to help you think your way to a happier and more positive approach to life.

Host: Alison Allsopp
Info: Alison is an accredited Personal Development Coach and NLP* Practitioner. With a background in Education, she has career-long experience as a teacher, trainer, and mentor. She brings her experience and skills in good questioning and facilitating discussion as an approach to encouraging, and supporting people of all ages to take small steps towards living a more purposeful and happier life. This is an inclusive workshop, welcoming adults of all ages and at all stages of life.
