Are you looking for practical, down-to-earth information and support?

This workshop is suitable for those who have attended previous Stepping Forward sessions on Stages of Change for Families and Effective Communication. It will cover:

Dealing with Conflict

  • Exploring Conflict and Anger
  • Understanding conflict and substance use
  • Strategies on how to negotiate and deal with conflict


Presented by Family Drug Support - a national, non-religious not-for-profit charity.

Each session is designed so that you will have something of value to take away to help you on your journey. Everyone is welcome to attend one or more sessions.
