This one hour class begins with approximately 20 minutes of Qigong, flowing into 20 minutes of Somatic Stretch and Tao Yin Yoga, followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation with crystal singing bowls.This is a beginner friendly class, so no experience necessary. We have extra mats if you need one. Wear comfortable clothing! The cost is $10 drop-in or $30 monthly.
Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) is essentially a moving meditation, that promotes energy flow. Movements are slow and easy. The goal is to be fully present in your body and focused on your breath, while enhancing your own vital life-force energy (Qi).
