About this Event
Qigong + Yin Yoga:
SUNDAY 11/3- 6-7:30pm
Join Sinéad, Licensed Acupuncturist & Doctor of Chinese Medicine, for an evening of rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation
Class will begin with Qigong, a form of gentle moving meditation + breathwork that helps improve lymphatic drainage, regulates the nervous system, promotes deeper sleep, and helps relieve tension and pain. Next, we will practice yin yoga, a series of deep stretches to help the body further release.
Class will conclude with community ear acupuncture. Ear (or "auricular") acupuncture is a unique style of acupuncture famous for regulating the nervous system, calming anxiety, and deepening sleep.
Nourish your body & mind this holiday season as we step into the "Yin phase" of the year - a time for rest, reflection, and recovery.
