Our organs hold emotional energy and cause us to live the way we do; sometimes the results are wonderful and other times disastrous.Qigong is an ancient practice that helps us find balance. Used in China as a way to keep their people healthy when doctors were less available, this practice can be considered the movement multi-vitamin, bringing us to balance and health without relying on medication. A body in balance will be healthier, and a healthy body yields a more enjoyable life.
In this workshop, you will learn the specifics about your own body and your own balance. You will learn what you can do to bring yourself to better balance and better health. you will also experience a qigong practice and feel how it makes your body feel.
