Qigong is a gentle, full-bodied meditative movement practice that helps heal, regulate, and strengthen the body’s systems. In Chinese, "Qi" (chee) means energy and "gong" means work. This class will focus on a set of movements called 5 Elements, a practice to support grief and anxiety. Warm your joints, breathe, and follow simple gestures as you learn new tools for regulation.
