Please join Lara for a weekly qigong session where we will explore sitting, standing and moving qigong. Qigong is a gently energising and deeply nourishing practice based on principles of Chinese medicine. A combination of sitting, standing and moving postures help to create flow in the body's energy system, connect with the breath and to releases tension and clear stagnation. It allows for a deeper connection with ourselves and a sense of grounding and calm . It is suitable for all levels.
Drawing on twenty years' practice in qigong and therapeutic work, Lara offers a space that invites us to slow down and be present and aware of our bodily and energetic experience.
