The fundamental principle of Qigong (pronounced CHEE-gung) is that everything in the universe is a form of energy, including every cell in our bodies. "Qi" means "energy" and "gong" means "to work with," so the mind-body practice of Qigong translates to "working with the body's energy." Qigong sustains and improves the health of the immune system, nervous system and internal organs.
