We want to thank everyone who participated in the first night of the Women’s Self-Defense class. For those who signed up and couldn’t make it on June 18th, no worries; you can still attend the next meeting along with any others. Due to popular demand from the participants, the June 25th meeting will be taking place at Chris’ gym at:La Crosse American Jiu Jitsu (511 Main St, La Crosse).
