Experience the quiet power of Qigong, an ancient practice of gentle movement, breath, and focused awareness designed to support vitality and longevity. In this class, you will move slowly and intentionally through a series of flowing exercises that help cultivate and balance the body’s energy (Qi).
Guided by your instructor, you will learn simple movements and breathing techniques that improve flexibility, gently strengthen the body, and support joint health while calming the nervous system and quieting the mind. The practice is low-impact and accessible, making it suitable for beginners as well as those looking for a restorative form of exercise.
