Lauren has been teaching Spring Forest Qigong for 2 years now. Qigong has helped people relieve their mental and physical stress, creating more energy and peace of mind."Qi" means energy, and "gong" means to work with. Qigong is simply working with our body's own energy, and is one of the best ways to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Qigong classes are bi-weekly on alternating Wednesdays from 6.30 - 8pm.
