11.00am Rest &Restorea - a 50-minute seated class at NEW STREET MARKET, WOODBRIDGE, focused on calming the nervous system, supporting pain relief, reducing inflammation and encouraging mindful connection to body and breath. Perfect for those with fatigue, mobility needs, or anyone wanting a slower pace.
**Warrior Social, a tea break at 10.30am is FREE**
