Because Dao-Yin energizes and conducts your energy through certain specific channels or meridians in the body, it can also break up and dissipate emotional problems. It is especially effective for people who sit too much or for those who have their energy concentrated in their heads. Snohomish Brown is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a Licensed Acupuncturist who has been teaching Qi Gong Energy Cultivation and Thai Chi for over twelve years.
