In Daoist internal alchemy, the Three Dantien are the body’s main energy centers, connecting us with the forces of Heaven, Earth, and Human. In this workshop, we will explore the female path of Qi Gong and Nei Gong, focusing on the middle Dantien and its deep connection to women's emotions.
We will also delve into menstrual cycles and lunar phases as natural processes of cleansing and harmonization.
