This 90-minute adult focused Partner Acrobatics class is designed for novice to advanced students. This course offers a fun, safe, and challenging way to explore acrobatic techniques in pairs and small groups. You’ll learn to work with a partner to create dynamic lifts, balances, and acrobatic flows while building strength, coordination, and trust. Through a series of drills, sequences, and acrobatic poses, this class focuses on developing proper technique, body awareness, and communication between partners. You don't have to have a partner for this class, but you are welcome to!What to Expect:
- Mixed Levels: Whether you’re new to partner acrobatics or have experience, this class will accommodate all levels. You’ll receive individualized progressions and modifications to meet your skill level.
- Strength and Communication: Focus on developing upper body and core strength, balance, and communication between partners.
- Fun, Safe, and Supportive Environment: Work together with your partner to build trust and try new acrobatic skills in a supportive environment.
- Partnered Creativity: Explore and experiment with acro poses and transitions, creating dynamic, creative flows with your partner.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (avoid loose sleeves or pants that could get caught in the equipment).
- A water bottle to stay hydrated with your first and last name on it.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work with others!
