On behalf of the NAVWAR Contracts Industry Council (CIC), registration is now open for the Q3 2026 Quarterly Business Opportunities Brief (QBOB). The event will be held at the Liberty Station Conference Center, located at 2600 Laning Road, San Diego, CA 92106.
NAVWAR's Quarterly Business Opportunities Briefs (QBOBs) are held each quarter to give industry stakeholders insight into upcoming acquisition priorities, challenges, and alignment with the Navy’s strategic vision. Each event is led by the NAVWAR Contracts Industry Council, a government-industry collaborative forum focused on strengthening transparency and partnership across the acquisition lifecycle.

GOVERNMENT
Free
Important: Government attendees must meet the Government Employee Definition and must have a valid email address ending in .MIL or .GOV. ACTIVE Military personnel attend for free and must meet the following requirements: a) MUST have a Military ID, b) MUST have a valid Government Employee ID. Email addresses with .CTR@ (government contractors) or any other email addresses will invalidate registration. Registration will be cancelled if requirements are not met.
The online registration closes on April 21st at 11:59 p.m. PST; onsite registration will be available during the event.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
The cancellation deadline is April 21, 2026 at 5 pm PST. The refund amount will be calculated as follows: the registration fee minus any processing/credit card fees. No refund is available after the deadline.
