Chelsea Valdez brings over a decade of experience in educator preparation and development. As the Senior Director of Educator Effectiveness at Commit, Chelsea is leading efforts to strengthen partnerships with educator preparation programs (EPPs), design sustainable teacher pipelines, and develop innovative approaches to teacher mentorship and retention. Her work ensures that every student has access to highly qualified educators, which research shows is one of the most significant factors influencing academic success.
