Join us for an exciting online event where coaches come together to enhance their skills and knowledge. Whether you're a seasoned coach or just starting, this event offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and bring real client scenarios, concerns, and questions.

Coaching Supervision promotes reflective dialogue enrich coach client relationships and impact. At its core, our Coaching Supervision offers:

A broader perspective for coach support and development.
An environment ensuring the safety of coaches, enabling them to discuss their achievements, strengths, and challenges, including ethical concerns
A foundation for masterful interactions between coaches

ICF Credential-holders may submit up to 10 hours of Coaching Supervision as core competency Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units toward their credential renewal.

Coaching Supervision Encompasses:

Introspective exploration of the coach's internal dynamics
Assessment of the coaching agreement, whether overt or covert, includes any psychological or physical interactions.
Recognition and addressing of any potential blocks or blind spots
Deliberations on ethical concerns.
Validation of the coach's preparedness, potentially paired with accountability measures.
A comprehensive examination of the environment of both coach and client, searching for growth possibilities within the system

About your Supervision Facilitator:

Marilyn Rose is a certified Transitional Life, Leadership, and Mentor Coach (PCC) with over 5,000 hours of coaching experience. She serves clients globally and is a registered ICF Mentor Coach, deeply rooted in ICF's values, ethics, and competencies, and has completed the ICF's updated competency PCC Assessor Training. Marilyn supports coaches on their credentialing paths, offering both group and one-on-one. Her extensive leadership in the non-profit sector for over 25 years has seen her adeptly supervising hundreds of employees, bringing forth her value of engagement, autonomy, and growth.
