Nourish your mind and body with a sound meditation, then let your creativity blossom as you are lead by L and A Healing Studio founder Alex Agudo, craft a beautiful mini bouquet in a floral arrangement workshop. All supplies are provided, so simply come ready to relax and create. Participation in both experiences are required.
