What to Bring: Shorts, Tee Shirt, Sweatshirt, Water Bottle, shoes you can move comfortably in & that you use only inside (do not have road/sidewalk mud, salt, sand on them)
Instructor Sophie Cawlina
Sophie grew up in Eastern MA & has always been super active and grew up as a gymnast and track athlete. Both these sports taught me the importance of taking care of your body and all the amazing things it’s capable of. After college I become certified as a Holistic Health Coach as well as a Personal Trainer. Sophie loves introducing people to functional movement that engages the whole body while building strength, agility, cardio health, and core strength. When I’m not working out I love to cuddle my dog Ellie, refurbish/ paint old furniture and plan trips to National Parks!
