Winter’s boldest beach tradition returns for a day of icy courage, colour, and connection. It’s more than a swim, it’s our community coming together to do something a little daring.

Step into the spotlight with this years' theme Cold as Ice: Music, Movies & Icons. A theme all about bold costumes, legendary characters, and unforgettable moments. From rockstars to film favourites, it’s your chance to bring iconic looks to life on the beach.

Whether you’re plunging in costume or cheering from the shore, expect music, food trucks, games, spot prizes, and plenty of winter energy, all leading up to that unforgettable ice-cold dip.

Free to join. Costumes encouraged. Gather your crew and get ready to brave the cold - Pāpāmoa style.
