Master the art of choux pastry with Jasmin Bell Smith of Bells Pastries in this comprehensive 4-hour session. You will learn the techniques for Pâte à Choux to create a selection of Eclairs and Choux au craquelin (crisp, crackled cream puffs).
Additionally, we will cover how to pair various fillings—including pastry cream, curds, diplomat cream, ganache, and preserves—with your pastry.
Participants will take home a variety of finished eclairs and cream puffs, along with class recipes.
