More About the Amherst Jazz Orchestra:
Begun in 1996, the Amherst Jazz Orchestra was created by musical director Dave Sporny. The AJO is a professional big band whose mission is to explore and preserve the music of America's original art form. The membership includes the finest jazz musicians in the area. The group has had distinguished guest conductors such as Gunther Schuller, Herb Pomeroy, David Berger, and Andrew Homzey. The AJO was in residence at the Amherst College Duke Ellington Symposium.

Alex Clark is a comedian most known for his self-titled animated Youtube channel where he has amassed 3.7 million subscribers. He recently completed a sold out 23 city tour, is a Streamy nominee, and a 4 time People’s Choice Award winner. The Chicago Tribune said “his viral videos are funny” and the Huffington Post hailed him as “brilliant”. Alex has performed worldwide for over 20 years and avoided a real job for 30.
