Who are We? is a site dedicated to sharing the fun of the sport. Even if you are not signed up at a puzzle competition (or you are wanting to learn more) our overview and advice during this event will offer as a fun introduction.
We love our jigsaw puzzles and know if you're a first time participant in a speed puzzling competition or are wondering how to do puzzles faster, this is your event. And did we mention it's FREE!
What is Puzzle Month?
Puzzle Month is the entire month of January. This special month to celebrate puzzles was started as an extension of Puzzle Day, which is celebrated annually on January 29th. Both Puzzle Day and Puzzle Month were founded by Jodi Jill, a professional puzzle maker and lifelong puzzle enthusiast. Her love for puzzles inspired her to share the joy of puzzling with people around the world.
For over 30 years, Puzzle Day has been a day to honor puzzles of all kinds, and Puzzle Month takes it a step further - encouraging puzzle fans to enjoy puzzles for the entire month of January!
Speed Puzzling Tips takes part in puzzle day as an educational opportunity to share our love of fast solving puzzle with the world. We hold courses and local classes to anyone who asks free of charge. And we give jigsaw puzzles to our local schools for their students to play puzzles too.
What Will You Learn?
Learn tips, tricks, and strategies and we plan to share a few secrets to solve puzzles quickly. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, this event is perfect for you!
Please note we have people signing up from around the world (THANK YOU) so if this time doesn't work, reach out and we'll accomidate with a recorded version. This is only available upon request as we have had so much interest and we recognize there are time zones, people who have jobs and other obligations. Additionally, we've been adding to classes at the last mimute. If you are wanting to join us, but it's full, contact us for details.
