About this Event
Put your game face on!
Searching for a family-friendly activity to celebrate the end of another school year? Look no further! Come out and join other families with deaf and hard of hearing children and the professionals who support them for an informal library meet-up in Alexandria on Sunday, June 2 from 2:00-4:00pm at Sherwood Regional Library in Meeting Room 4. Light snacks and board games for all ages will be provided. Come for the full time, or pop in when you are free. We hope you can join us!
You'll have the opportunity to meet members of our board as well as mingle with other parents and caregivers of D/HH children. Professionals who support D/HH children and D/HH adults are always welcome! Children will have the opportunity to form connections with peers in a casual, low-pressure environment. We have reserved Meeting Room 4 for our gathering.
This event is free, but registration is required. Please indicate while registering if you require an ASL Interpreter or Cued Language Transliterator and we will do our best to provide one. Only one registration per family is needed.
This event is open to members and non-members and we always love seeing new and familiar faces. We look forward to seeing you on June 2nd!
