Join us at 10am on Saturday, April 4 to for Yoga set to the grooves of a true music legend, Prince! We can't believe it will be 10 years since he left the world, and this will be a fitting musical tribute that lets you get your mind and body right with the universe. Kristen has some funky and soulful flows planned for this beginner-friendly hour-long session. All music is played back on spectacular hi-fi stereo equipment.
$10 donation to attend. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and prepare to flow to some of the greats. We have a lot of great songs and movement planned. so doors open at 9:30am and class starts promptly at 10am.
Led by Kristen Swann. member of the Listyn community and supporter of C4RM. Kristen, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, teaches Yoga Basics and Hatha Flow at Waldo's Yoga Patch and seeks to make her classes accessible to yogis of all levels. We'll explore foundational yoga poses ("asanas"), linking breath ("pranayama") to movement while enjoying some very motivational music.

The Listyning Room is located inside the nbkc building at 3510 W. 95th Street, Leawood, KS 66206. This is the north side of Ranch Mart, and there is plenty of parking for everyone next to the building.
