Ticket Refund Policy: Sorry, no refunds. Ticket refunds will only be allowed in the case the Purple Woods Maple Syrup Festival is closed due to unsafe weather conditions as determined by Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority.
Outside food is prohibited inside Heritage Hall. This excludes those requiring accommodation due to allergies, food consumption restrictions, etc.
