About this Event
Letting go, or the release, of a restricted way of being is essential to being filled back up. That emptying out process is a surrender. Surrender can a negative connotation, the feeling that we have lost. But in this case it allows us to let go of the way things have been and embrace newness as it appears in each moment. We are able to find a new range of motion with new possibilities and space for our blissful nature to flourish.
In this very special New Year’s Day Celebration we will cleanse the entire chakra system utilizing yoga asana (Vinyasa flowing form), pranayama (restriction of life-force in order to set it free), dhyana (meditation technology) and kirtan (ancient musical cleansing techniques). Plan to leave the practice cleansed and inspired, with take-home practices to jumpstart your yoga practice for 2025!
Tickets for this workshop are $45. (Email [email protected] to offer a sliding scale rate of $35 for those in more need or $55 for those who can sponsor another yogi!)

About Vrinda
Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Vrinda Prita (Carly Boland) is passionate about sharing yoga as a life practice. She has had the rare opportunity of living with her teachers, Sharon Gannon and David Life at the Wild Woodstock Jivamukti Forest Sanctuary, immersed in rich direct transmission that is palpable through her heartfelt teaching. Serving as a co-creator on the compassionate path to enlightenment, Vrinda's classes provide a journey for practitioners. Incorporating light on ancient yogic teachings fused with modern application, her classes are known for bringing heartfelt activism, seamless eclectic musicality, chanting, skillful hands-on assists, and a down-to-earth, spiritual yet humor-filled approach to yoga. Her dynamic Vinyasa sequences draw from her integrative dance, somatic and holistic health background. Her Yin classes are poetic and nourishing. Vrinda's aim in every class is for all involved to leave closer to who they truly are, more of a vibrant, kind, centered, and joyful version of themselves. She is eternally grateful to her teachers Radhanath Swami, Padma-ji Sharon Gannon and David Life for their endless mentorship, generosity, teachings, wit, and love.
