Summer is almost here, which means your kids are off school! They will build strength, flexibility, agility and coordination through a variety of wellness classes including Aerial Yoga, TRX Flow, Kids Yoga, Dance, Bootcamp and Circuit Training.
Not only does this programme offer a fun and engaging way for kids to stay active, but it also comes with a host of other benefits, from improving physical fitness and coordination to building confidence and social skills. In addition, each Friday, kids can participate in a healthy cooking demonstration in conjunction with the PURE Nutrition and nood food team.
