Welcome to Pups and Palites!
Join Sloan and Finn Animal Rescue for a dog-friendly Mat Pilates session with rescue puppies, led by instructors from Studio Fire! This unique event combines movement, mindfulness, and mission—helping adoptable dogs find loving homes while you enjoy a rejuvenating workout.
Important Event Details:
Bring Your Own Mat & Water – Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to stay comfortable and hydrated during the session.
Arrive Early for Parking – We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking so we can start promptly at 11:00 AM.
Leave Your Dog at Home – While we love all dogs, only rescue pups from Sloan and Finn Animal Rescue will be present. Personal pets are not permitted during this ticketed event.
Bathroom Access – The brewery opens at 12:00 PM, and restrooms will be available at that time.
Waiver & Release of Liability - By purchasing a ticket for Pups & Pilates, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries risks, especially in an environment with animals. You agree not to hold Sloan and Finn Animal Rescue, Girls Club of Greater Charlotte, our instructors, Heist Brewery and Barrel Arts, or any of the vendors responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participation is at your own risk.
