Is there anything better than puppies and yoga? WE THINK NOT!
Please join Spirit Yoga, hOMe of San Diego puppy yoga, in collaboration with one of San Diego's non profit puppy yoga rescues, for an afternoon of gentle movement and puppy playtime. Yoga is 45 min leaving each class an additional 15 minutes to snuggle up on some pups.
A portion of the proceeds benefit the puppy rescue... and who knows, maybe you'll start off 2023 with a new family member!
