This all-levels yoga class is designed to be light, playful, and accessible for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. As you flow through a gentle, feel-good practice, adorable, adoptable puppies will roam freely, offering cuddles, kisses, and the sweetest motivation to hold your poses just a little longer.
Not only will you leave feeling refreshed and recharged, but your participation directly supports the lifesaving work of PAWS Shelter of Central Texas. Proceeds from this event help provide medical care, food, shelter, and adoption services for animals in need right here in our community.
