Stephanie Monge is a certified yoga teacher trained in Hatha and Vinyasa. Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens on all levels — mind, body, and spirit. Through intention setting, mindful movement, breathwork, and sound healing, Stephanie creates a nurturing space for students to reconnect, release, and realign their energy.
