Puppy Yoga
Come join us for a paws-itively amazing experience at South Side Lifting Club! Our Puppy Yoga event combines yoga with the cuteness of puppies for a truly unique experience. Get ready to downward dog with some furry friends by your side!
All puppies will be available for adoption from Spokanimal. A $10 donation is suggested. Please donate via Spokanimal's website and put "South Side Lifting Club" in the optional message section.
What to bring:
-Yoga Mat
-Water
What to expect:
The puppies will join us for a playful, beginner friendly yoga flow. Yoga will be from 2-3pm. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before to set your mat up. Doors will lock at 2pm sharp.
Adoptions will be available after yoga.
