Stretch, breathe, and soak up some joy with our Christmas pups 🐶✨Join us at Mala Yoga for a special yoga session where gentle movement meets puppy cuddles. This relaxed, beginner-friendly class is all about slowing down, having fun, and supporting dogs in foster care.
All pups attending are rescue babies currently in foster care, and every ticket purchased helps support their care and future forever homes.
Expect:
• A gentle yoga flow suitable for all levels
• Puppy interactions throughout the session (yes, cuddles are encouraged)
• A festive, feel-good atmosphere
• Plenty of photo moments
Whether you’re a regular yogi or just here for the pups, this session is about connection, community, and giving back.
Important notes
• This is a relaxed session — pups may wander, nap, or say hello
• Some yoga mats will be available however we suggest bringing your own
• Closed-toe shoes recommended before/after the class
