Ocean of Motion is a 5Rhythms® Waves-level weekend immersion — a movement journey through the five elemental rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.
Each rhythm opens a doorway to a natural force within us. Together, they form a map for living, breathing embodiment — grounding us in presence, awakening expression, and reminding us that everything in life moves in waves.
You don’t need to be “a dancer.” You just need a body, a willingness to move, and a curiosity about what might happen when you do.
The Journey
Flowing / Earth – Ground and listen to the body’s wisdom.
Staccato / Fire – Express what’s true and move with heart.
Chaos / Water – Let go and be cleansed by the wave.
Lyrical / Air – Breathe, lighten, and lift into joy.
Stillness / Ether – Rest, integrate, and return to presence.
