Looking for the ultimate self-care Saturday? Nothing beats the combination of finding your flow and cuddling adorable rescue pups!
Join Lifeline Puppy Rescue for a puppy yoga session where the "downward dog" position gets a literal interpretation. Our classes are led by a certified yoga instructor and feature a roaming pack of rescue puppies ready to join you on your mat for stretches, snuggles, and plenty of tail wags.

- Time: 10:00 AM (45-minute class + 15 minutes of dedicated puppy playtime)
