Puppy Recovery Workout at F45 Training East Hillcrest

Join us for the most heartwarming workout in San Diego, a Puppy Recovery Class at F45 East Hillcrest!

On Saturday, October 18th at 12:00 PM, experience a restorative recovery workout session surrounded by adorable, adoptable puppies from A New Life Rescue.

This 45-minute gentle recovery workout will be led by certified F45 trainers, followed by 15 minutes of free puppy cuddle time to help you cool down in the best way possible.

Doors open at 11:45 AM so you can set up your mat and meet the rescue pups on the outdoor patio.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
Non-F45 members should plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a quick waiver before class begins.
