Join us for puppies & pilates event with local rescue, Mercy Full Project and local pilates instructor, Dr. Emilie Robinson of Rise Pilates at Sal y Mar in Midtown.

Get ready for an morning of low flow pilates and puppy kisses followed by a complimentary mimosa! Stick around for the best brunch on the most stunning rooftop in TPA.

All puppies are up for adoption or foster, with ticket sales benefitting the rescue.

Parking is available in the Midtown garages as well as the lot behind Aloft. Sal y Mar is located on the top floor of the hotel!
