Punches for Parkinson's

Over 6 million people worldwide are living with Parkinson’s disease (PD) — making it the second most common neurological disorder. Workouts like Rumble Boxing help those living with Parkinson's disease rebuild strength, balance, coordination, and control through powerful full-body movement.

We are working with The Michael J. Fox Foundation by hosting a FREE 45min class at Rumble Boxing Dripping Springs to raise awareness and gather donations towards Parkinson's Research.

Expect to feel a rush of energy, a boost in confidence, and a sense of accomplishment. Rumble turns exercise into a fun, social experience that keeps you motivated, moving, and feeling unstoppable! After class- make new friends, enjoy refreshments and meet local vendors (tba).
