Punches 4 Plates is an afternoon of fundraising for The Ottawa Foodbank. By the time the big day happens, fighters will have qualified individually by raising the minimum $2000 in sponsors, and additionally taken part in 17 weeks of greuling training to perform, and help knock out hunger in the city of ottawa.

Join us for an afternoon of entertaining boxing and cheer on your favorite fighter, as we work to fight food insecurity in our city.
