Punch Needle Coaster/Keychain

In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to design and make their own unique coaster from a variety of patterns and colors to personalise their project.

In this workshop, participants will:

- Explore different types of punch needles and their uses.

- Overview of essential supplies: punch needle, fabric, yarn, hoop, and backing.

- Select the right fabric and yarn for different textures and effects.

- Understand how hoop tension affects the final design.

- Learn how to thread and adjust the punch needle.

- Practise different stitch heights for texture variation.

- Control stitch direction and spacing for a clean design.

- Transfer the design onto fabric using simple techniques.

Age Requirement: This workshop is suitable for beginners.
