Cozy up this season with Pumpkins & Poses — a playful and grounding fall wellness gathering in Raleigh, NC.
Join us for an evening of yoga, mindfulness, and community surrounded by the warm glow of autumn vibes. Each guest will receive their own mini pumpkin (used as a fun prop in class and yours to keep!) plus seasonal treats and reflection activities to reset before the busy holiday season.
