Pumping to Win Clinic 10-11 AM Saturday January 10

USA BMX Pumping to Win Clinic is a 1 hour on track session with coaches helping the riders focus on improving their racing skills.
The skill for this session is pumping. Riders will work on picking up speed while riding through the sections of the track that they're not ready to pedal through.
This clinic is for riders who hold an active USA BMX membership.
Cost is $20 for non-residents and $10 for City of Rock Hill residents.

On site registration opens @ 9:30 AM on Saturday, November 22. On track activities run from 10-11AM.
