Description: The One and the Other explores timbre as something inseparable from bodily motion: bowed, blown, struck, plucked, and danced, sound arises through bodies setting air and space into vibration. Bringing Bach into dialogue with contemporary works, the program traces resonances across time, where ritual, color, gesture, and movement pass between past and present.
