Feel the beat, find your flow, and fire up your energy at PULSE – a silent disco yoga and cardio dance experiene like no other, high above the city in the iconic Guardian Building’s art deco room on Sunday, February 16th, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM on the 32nd floor!
Start your morning at 10:30 AM with a complimentary 12-ounce coffee pour from our partners/sponsors at James Oliver Coffee to energize you for the session. They'll also offer delicious sandwiches, bagels, and snacks available for purchase, perfect for pre-class fueling.
At 11:00 AM, flow through heart-opening, silent disco yoga class with Paige Forrester + soulful beats by musical curator DJ Kaels before transitioning into a high-energy cardio dance experience to get your heart pumping with Patricia Adams of Fitness Essentials. We'll wind down with more yoga & some stretches and wrap up the experience with a raffle featuring prizes from our local sponsors.
