A mother, educator, and certified Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner. Tianna's passion is working with young girls moving through the stages of menarche to equip them with the tools of body literacy and holistic self-care practices to help them to re-imagine their relationships with their bodies from the inside out and truly come to inner-stand the transformative powers of their menstrual cycles.
