Pull-up Fundamentals!
This is a trainer-led workshop focused on building strength, proper form, and movement foundations that support long-term progress toward pull-ups. This is not a “get your first pull-up” class, but an educational session designed to help you build safely and intentionally over time.
Participants will learn foundational movement patterns, strength-building techniques, and progressions that support pull-up development, all guided by a certified personal trainer. This workshop is designed to meet you where you are and help you build a strong foundation for future progress.
All levels are welcome. Whether you are new to strength training, returning after time away, or looking to refine the basics, this workshop is for you.
